Anesthesia and anesthesia delivery have changed dramatically since Ohio Medical introduced the Teter analgesia system in 1910. GE's heritage in anesthesia can be traced back to Ohio Medical and we are extremely proud to celebrate 100 years of innovation in anesthesia at this years's Euroanesthesia congress. It is entirely appropriate and a happy coincidence that this landmark event takes place in Helsinki, the headquarters of the former Datex-Ohmeda organization and a company truly synonymous with anesthesia.
